Let’s go to Quincy

I asked a T booth lady on the direction to Quincy. It was amazing, she has a heavy Boston accent. It took me like 3 seconds to realize she was saying, park street. The T station is visibly clean and there is no aroma of pee and poop at the station. I felt so unbothered in the station. The train station wasn’t bumpy unlike the subway. The train went above ground, I got up from my seat to look out of the window. I found my second reason why I really like Boston. The view from the outside is inviting. The train pasted by residential areas and a long stretch of a pond, the sky is wide-open. There weren’t any competition from the heights of the skyscrapers. The sky is just right there, covering the rest of man-made objects.

We arrived at North Quincy. It was mostly residential area, until we got to Hancock street. We got into a Shabu restaurant and it was pretty good. The serves gave us seasoning for the food. There were soy sauce-like sauce with hot sauce, garlic, leeks and hot peppers. We ordered the usuals which was fatty beef, tripe, mushrooms and other veggies. 15750228_10154205832798034_648293573_n15750055_10154205832763034_2076641125_n15749608_10154205832713034_815970375_n15749573_10154206444668034_1976707643_n15731645_10154205832738034_1678242924_n-1

We continued to talk on Hancock for 30 minutes and then picked up an Uber to Quincy Center. I had to pee and we found a bar that maybe we can just grab a beer in there. We opened the door and when I was about to head left to the restaurant I saw a door to my right that says men. The bathroom was a perfect spot. It was outside of the entrance of the restaurant. When we finished our bathroom business, we decided to go in for beers. We ended up ordering beers and food.

These chicken wings are pretty good with the perfect amount of Shanghai sauce. Not too saucy, not too sweet. I didn’t expected it to that good.
